Adel Gouri is a distinguished Medical Biochemist, Biostatsicians and Academic leader serving as the Chief of the Department of Medical Biochemistry at Ibn Rochd University Hospital in Algeria, while holding the position of Associate Professor at Badji Mokhtar University.

With over a decade of experience in clinical research, he specializes in diagnostic biomarkers for cancer, cardiovascular disease, and maternal-fetal health, authoring 30+ peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals.

He is serving as one of the active members of the; Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease EASD Study Group, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD), European Society of Cardiology (ESC), the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

His leadership extends to training healthcare professionals, having conducted workshops on scientific publishing and laboratory harmonization at international conferences.
