I'm a qualified specialist in applied biology on fields of microbiology, molecular biology & analytical chemistry with research experience more than 10 years. My researching in M.Sc. & Ph.D. focused on the field of metagenomics.
I’m a qualified experienced chemist in the field of food & water analysis according to the ISO 17025 with the application of laboratory biosafety standards. Through my work, I obtained powerful trainings under supervision of Agilent Technologies & MESLO for dealing skillfully with HPLC, UHPLC, GC , AAS & ICP-MS.
In my post-doctoral researching, I am interested in analyzing high-throughput data using different bioinformatics tools. Using molecular modeling, molecular docking, for designing of new compounds.
