Additional Details

I am a dedicated Molecular Biotechnology researcher currently pursuing my MSc in Molecular Applied Biotechnology at Ain Shams University.

My work focuses on developing cost-effective diagnostic flow chips for cancer detection using innovative biosensing technologies. With a strong academic record and a passion for translational research, I specialize in lateral flow assay (LFA) development for diseases such as Alzheimer's, breast cancer, tuberculosis, and colorectal cancer.

My professional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at Ain Shams University and King Salman International University, as well as research internships at the British University in Egypt’s Drug Development Center, the American University in Cairo, and the Military Forces Global Medical Institute Laboratory.

I possess advanced technical skills in HPLC, GC-MS, NMR, DNA extraction, next-generation sequencing, bioinformatics, proteomics, and multiplexed diagnostic assay development. I am also exploring the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including deep generative models and convolutional neural networks, to enhance diagnostic accuracy.

My long-term goal is to revolutionize healthcare diagnostics in Egypt and the Middle East by delivering affordable, rapid, and scalable solutions for early disease detection.
