Dr. Mohamed Hussein is a dedicated biochemist and Assistant Professor of Biochemistry at Dubai Medical University, with extensive expertise in molecular biology, clinical research, and medical education. Currently serving as the Head of the Research Coordination Unit at Dubai Medical College for Girls, he oversees multiple biomedical projects and ethical research initiatives.

With a PhD in Biochemistry and an ongoing Master’s in Health Profession Education, Dr. Hussein has a proven record of advancing scientific research through both experimental and academic avenues. He has conducted over 25 training workshops on advanced laboratory techniques, including PCR, flow cytometry, Western blotting, tissue culture, and 3D bioprinting.

His recent publications highlight significant contributions to areas such as regenerative medicine, artificial intelligence in infectious disease management, and molecular mechanisms of chronic diseases. He is an active member of several international biochemical societies and has participated in numerous medical education and research conferences across the MENA region.
